The mall is set to open it’s doors again towards the end of 2016, by which time it will in a better position to compete with Orchard Boulevard Residences Condo Lentor Mansion the newer shopping malls that have opened right across the island in the last few years. The owners decided that the best way to compete against the new malls was to close down the old Compass Point Mall and relaunch it as Treasure Crest Sim Lian One Sengkang Mall.
